Contract Slitters has an individually designed computerised system allowing us to maximize the effectiveness, productivity and performance.
We aim to guarantee a new level of efficiency and traceability, with continual updates of our system designed to trace stock from feed coil to slit sizes.
All material is entered and scanned as it arrives into our store, and each feed coil and subsequent slit size is issued with a computer generated label with a unique and fully traceable number and bar code.
All Despatch documents are generated through this system giving each picking slip and delivery docket unique numbers.
Key performance reports can also be produced showing productivity data for each product code and finished product sizes. Stock on hand reports can be easily generated giving customers the ability to stock-take promptly.
We offer Slitting services for cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, spring steel, galvanised, aluminium, tin plate, brass, and stainless steel. Our slitting capabilities are between 0.2mm thickness and 6.0mm thickness maximum. Mini slitting, uncoiling, recoiling, pe coating, and re-works also available.
We also offer Guillotine Services and cut to length shearing.
